Standard delivery terms and conditions:

1. Delivery terms (in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020):

• EXW – Vitebsk, Belarus;
• СРТ – delivery point

 

2. Standard lead-time:

• for monitors and helmet display systems - not more than 90 days after prepayment receiving ;
• for computers - not more than 120 days after prepayment receiving.

 

3. Standard payment terms:

• the first part of prepayment – 50 % of sum of ordered products in 10 business days after proforma-invoice date;
• the second part of prepayment – 50 % of sum of ordered products in 10 business days of receiving the readiness notification;

All the changes regarding the terms and conditions of the sale are to discuss within signing up a contract.
