This document contains most of the frequently asked questions regarding our products (and, of course, the answers to them). Originally intended to reduce the flow of messages and avoid repeating the same questions, the FAQ gradually became a valuable source of information.

1. How to get maintenance service?

   “Display“ Design office”, JSC  provides maintenance service for all manufactured products from the day of purchase. In case you have any questions about the purchased goods please fill out the e-form in the section “support/maintenance service”.

2. Do you undertake customized R&D projects?

   Yes, we do. Please, feel free to send us your specifications .

3. Do you manufacture products with contrast 5000:1?

   It is a marketing trick. Contrast 5000:1 is a result of special adjustments and certain position of video monitor. However the real contrast is 500:1 or 1000:1.

4. Do you manufacture products with reduced warm-up time at low operating temperatures?

   Yes, we do. We have mass production of 10,4” and 15” video monitors and we are ready to manufacture customized video monitors with reduced warm-up time at low operating temperatures. For that when making an order please specify the required option.

   Warm-up time at low temperatures (image lag criterion): - for displays up to 12,1” in diagonal – not more than 2 min; - for displays up of 15” and more in diagonal – not more than 5 min.	20

5. Is there a possibility to use a touch screen in the video monitor?

   Yes. It’s a customized option. For that when making an order please specify the required option.

6. How can I trace the readiness of the product?

   You will receive Order Confirmation that will contain lead time of the ordered product.

   Our specialist that coordinates your order will inform you of the product readiness if the LT changes.   

7. What is the right way to fill out the request?

   Please send your request on an official letterhead paper, signed by the head of the company.

   Specify the following data in your request:

   •  product name,
   •  quantity,
   •  delivery terms,
   •  bank details,
   •  date and number of request
